摘要 应用聚酰胺可吸收髓内针固定实验性犬胫骨上段骨折,通过光、电镜方法观察早期组织反应和骨折愈合过程中的组织学变化。结果表明:聚酰胺可吸收髓内针组织相容性良好,对组织无早期不良反应;不影响骨折的正常愈合过程,其愈合机理。 Polyacrylamide absorbable intramedullary nail was used to fix experimental superior tibia fracture of dog. Light and electric microscopy was used to observe early tissue reaction and histological changes during the fracture healing process. The results showed that polyacrylamide intramedullary nail had excent histocompatablility, with no early negative reaction to tissue, and it didn't influence the normal healing process of fracture, and its healing mechanism, time and means were the same as normal bone healing.
