石榴花多酚对2型糖尿病大鼠血管内皮的保护作用 被引量:7

Protective effect of PFP on blood vessel endothelium of type 2 diabetes rats

摘要 目的:通过观察血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、内皮素1(ET-1)、血栓素B(TXB2)和6酮-前列腺素(6-Keto-PGF1a)的变化,研究石榴花多酚(Pomegranate Flower polyphenol,PFP)对2型糖尿病伴高血脂大鼠血管内皮的保护作用。方法:通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)45mg/kg,加高脂饲料喂养建立的2型糖尿病大鼠模型,将成模大鼠随机分为模型组和两个给药剂量组,另设正常对照组,在接受石榴花多酚治疗4周后,测定其相关指标。结果:给药四周后,各组空腹血糖、血浆中ATⅡ、ET-1、TXB2和6-Ke-to-PGF1a差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:石榴花多酚对糖尿病大鼠的血管内皮有一定的保护作用。 Objective:To study the protective effect of pomegranate flower polyphenol(PFP) on blood vessel endothelium(BVE) of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) rats.Methods:Model group was established with high calorie feeding and small dose injection of STZ(45 mg/kg).DM rats were randomly assigned to model group,PFP high dose group,PFP low dose group and normal control group.After 4weeks treatment with PFP,FPG,ET-1,TXB2,ATⅡand 6-Keto-PGF1a were detected.Result:PFP could decrease FPG,ET-1,TXB2,ATⅡconcentration of DM rats and increase 6-Keto-PGF1a concentration of DM rats.Indexs of each group showed significant difference(P〈0.05~0.01).Conclusion:The results suggest that PFP could be used to protect BVE of DM rats.
