顺铂联合香菇多糖对肺癌胸腔积液VEGF表达的影响及疗效观察

The effect of cisplatir combined lentinan on VEGF expression of pleural effusion caused by lung cancer

目的:观察顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗肺癌胸腔积液疗效。方法:肺癌伴单侧胸腔积液患者随机分为顺铂组及顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗组。顺铂组:胸腔注入顺铂40mg(每周一次);顺铂+香菇多糖组:胸腔注入顺铂40mg(每周一次)的同时给与香菇多糖肌注(3mg/d)。共治疗两周。1个月后复查胸部x线和B超检查,评价疗效,同时抽取胸水测定VEGF的表达。结果:顺铂+香菇多糖组胸水中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达明显低于顺铂组,其疗效明显强于顺铂组(P<0.01)。结论:胸腔注入顺铂联合香菇多糖肌注可增强顺铂治疗胸腔积液疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of mushroom polysacchavide combinedlentinan on pleural effusion caused by lung cancer.Methods：Lung cancer sufferers were divided into mushroom polysacchavide combined lentinan and mushroom polysacchavide groups,randomly.The mushroom polysacchavide group were infused mushroom polysacchavide into thoracic cavity,the mushroom polysacchavide combined lentinan group were infused mushroom polysacchavide into thoracic cavity with lentinan intramuscular injection,simultaneously.Contents of VEGF mRNA and protein in pleural effussion were determined by realtime RT-PCR and ELISA methods,respectively.Results：The VEGF expression of mushroom polysacchavide combinedlentinan group was lower than mushroom polysacchavide group,obviously.The curative effect of mushroom polysacchavide combinedlentinan group was stronger than mushroom polysacchavide group,obviously.Conclusions：Lentinan could increase the curative effect of mushroom polysacchavide combined lentinan on pleural effusion.
