高原西氏胶囊防治急性高原病的疗效观察

Observation on effect of altitude Xi-Shi Capsule in prevention and treatment of acute altitude disease

目的：观察高原西氏胶囊防治急性高原病的效果。方法：将进驻海拔５３８０ｍ的５２名青年随机分成４组进行双盲实验，自进驻当日开始服药至第７ｄ。高原西氏胶囊组１４人，异叶青兰组１４人，三普红景天组１２人，对照组１２人。以军标ＧＪＢ１０９８９１《急性高原反应的诊断和处理原则》随访记录进驻第１、３、５、７ｄ急性高原反应的症状，然后分度评分，同时，测定脉率和血氧饱和度（ＳａＯ２）。结果：高原西氏胶囊组急性高原反应较其它３组明显减轻，ＳａＯ２升高（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：高原西氏胶囊防治急性高原反应有较好的效果。

Purpose: To observe the effect of altitude Xi-Shi Capsule in prevention and treatment of acute altitude disease.ZMethods: 52 young people,who would march into 5 380 meters above sea level and stay there,were randomly divided into fourgroups to perform double blind test.Altitude XiShi Capsule group was 14 people,Yiye Qinglan group was 14 people,Tripu gadol group was 12 people,and control group was 12 people.Medicines were taken from the day when they entered and were stationed in abovementioned height till 7 days later.Principle of Diagnosis and Treatment on Acute altitude Reaction(The code name of military standard is GJB109891)was regarded as standard to observe the symptoms of acute altitude reaction on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th day respectively and wrote notes.Then the materials were graded.At the same time,pulse and degree of blood oxygen saturation(SaO2) were detected. Results: In comparison with any other group,acute altitude reaction in altitude XiShi Capsule group was obviously abated and SaO2 was gong up(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: There might have better effect with altitude XiShi Capsule to prevent and cure acute altitude reaction.
