摘要
视网膜新生血管是主要的致盲因素之一,目前发生机制尚不明确。基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)是新近发现的趋化因子,与趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)共同构成SDF-1/CXCR4轴。SDF-1/CXCR4参与了炎症反应、造血干细胞归巢及肿瘤侵袭。研究表明,SDF-1还能通过促进血管内皮细胞的迁移增生,招募内皮祖细胞,调节促血管生成因子等途径诱导新生血管生成,在视网膜新生血管的发生发展中发挥重要作用。就SDF-1/CXCR4的生物学功能、对促视网膜新生血管形成的机制及其在视网膜新生血管性疾病防治中的应用前景进行综述。
Retinal neovascularization is one of the most important causes of blindness,but the Pathogenesis of retinal neovascularization has not been clearly revealed.Stromal cell derived factor 1 (SDF-1) is a newly discovered chemokine which can interact with its specific receptor C-X-C,chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4),forming the SDF-1/CXCR4 axis.This axis takes part in the inflammatory reaction,stem cells homing and tumor invasion.It has been demonstrated recently that SDF-1/CXCR4 can induce neovascularization through promoting migration and proliferation of endothelial cells,recruiting endothelial progenitor cells and regulating angiogenesis factors,which shows SDF-1/CXCR4 to be an important inducer for retinal neovascularization.Therefore,it is necessary for us to review the biological aspects of SDF-1 and CXCR4,their promoting roles on retinal neovascularization and prospects on treating retinal angiogenic diseases.
