摘要
背景与目的:射波刀是新近出现的一种立体定向神经放射外科手段。本文介绍射波刀的结构和原理以及治疗中枢神经系统疾病的体会和临床研究进展复习。方法:2007年5月-2008年11月,81例中枢神经系统疾病进行射波刀治疗。结果:本组病例症状和体征37例有不同程度好转,2例发现放射性脑水肿。结论:射波刀无创伤、无框架、精准度高;可实现实时影像追踪定位,智能化,简便。
BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: Cybernife is a novel stereotatic radiation technique. In this article, we introduced the structure and principle of the Cyberknife Robotic Radiosurgery System and the preliminary clinical experience of 81 cases of Central Nervous System (CNS) diseases. We also studied the progress in clinical research on it. METHODS: From May 2007 to November 2008, 81 patients with CNS diseases were treated by Cyberknife. RESULT: The symptoms and signs were improved in 37 cases. Edema was observed in 2 patients with meningioma. Pain of Thirteen out of 15 patients with trigeminal neuralgia was relieved. CONCLUSIONS: Cyberknife is non-invasive, frame-less and accurate. Real-time image guided tracing could be performed easily with high Al.
