摘要
目的研究微泡造影剂对超声消融人子宫肌瘤能效因子的影响。方法因切除子宫肌瘤而的新鲜离体子宫20个,体外灌注造影剂与林格氏液混悬液,分为三组。浓度A组:微泡浓度2×10~8/ml;浓度B组:微泡浓度1×10~8/ml,对照组:单纯林格氏液。超声观察到肌瘤内部出现回声增强时,立即用聚焦超声肿瘤治疗系统以定点方式消融,消融深度分别为20 mm、30 mm及40 mm。超声消融结束后测量坏死区域体积,计算能效因子。结果浓度A组能效因子为(6.85±3.16)J/mm^3,浓度B组为(14.79±5.24)J/mm^3,对照组为(29.11±10.76)J/mm^3,三者依次增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加入微泡造影剂后,消融单位体积子宫肌瘤组织所需能量明显降低。
Objective To study the influence of microbubble contrast agent on ultrasound ablation of uterus fibroids. Methods Twenty fresh isolated uterus with fibroids from hysterectomy were collected. SonoVue and Ringer - Locke liquor were perfused into uterus in vitro, then they were divided into three groups. The concentration of group A and group B were 2 - 10^8/ml and 1 × 10^8/ml, respectively, the control group was simple Ringer's liquid. When echo enhancement occurred in uterus fibroids, the tissue was ablated by focused ultrasound tumor therapeutic system. Ablation depth was 20 ram, 30 mm and 40 mm,respectively. After ultrasonic ablation, the volume of necrotic area was measured and the value of energy efficiency was calculated. Results The concentration of energy efficiency in group A, group B and control group was (6.85 ± 3.16)J/mm3 , (14.79±5.24) J/mm3 and (29. 11±10.76)J/mm3, respectively. There was significant difference among the three groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion With the addition of microbubble contrast agent, the energy of uterus fibroids ablated by ultrasound is decreased obviously.
