摘要
目的探讨绝经期妇女颈动脉血管的僵硬度、血管顺应性与血清雌二醇(E2)、一氧化氮(NO)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)及血脂的相关性。方法 25例绝经后妇女,20例正常行经妇女作为对照组,超声检测其颈动脉血管内径的变化幅度、颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、弹性僵硬指数(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、动脉顺应性(AC)、脉搏波放大指数(AI)及单点脉搏波传递速度(PWVβ),分别检测血清雌二醇(E2)、一氧化氮(NO)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)和血脂水平。结果与对照组比较,绝经后妇女颈动脉β、Ep、AI及PWVβ较对照组升高,AC降低,绝经后妇女血清FSH、LH、PRL较对照组升高,血清E2和NO下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);β、Ep、AI及PWVβ与血清E2、NO呈负相关,与FSH、LH、PRL呈正相关,AC与血清E2和NO呈正相关,与FSH、LH、PRL呈负相关,而均与血脂无相关性。结论血管回声跟踪技术是评价绝经后妇女颈动脉弹性的简便目可靠方法。
Objective To explore the correlation of carotid artery stiffness degree, vascular compliance and serum estradio (E2),nitric oxide (NO), folliclestimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL) and blood fat in postmenopausal women. Methods Twenty - five postmenopausal women and 20 normal menorrhea women were enrolled in this study. Their carotid artery diameter changes, intima -media thickness (IMT), elastic stiffness index (13), pressure strain modulus of elasticity (Ep) , arterial compliance (AC) , pulse wave amplification index (AI) and the single point of pulse wave velocity (PWVβ) were measured by high frequency color Doppler ultrasound, and then the blood serum E2, NO, FSH, LH, PRL and blood fats level were measured. Results Compared with control group, β, Eρ, AI, and PWVβ in postmenopausal women were increased obviously, and AC was decreased. Serum FSH, LH, PRL in postmenopausal women were increased obviously, while E2 and NO were decreased, there was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The β, Eρ, AI, and PWVβ were negatively correlated with E2 and NO, while positively correlated with FSH, LH, PRL . AC index was positively correlated with E2 and NO, while negatively correlated with FSH, LH, PRL, and not correlated with blood fat. Conclusion Echotracking technology is a simple and reliable method for evaluation of carotid elasticity in postmenopausal woinen.
