子宫动脉频谱舒张期切迹在妊娠期高血压疾病诊断中的可靠性检验

摘要 目的探讨子宫动脉频谱舒张期切迹在妊娠期高血压疾病的可靠性。方法两名医师主观判断66例妊娠期高血压疾病中出现子宫动脉舒张期切迹,比较两者的一致性。结果两名医师评判出现子宫动脉舒张期切迹的一致性检验Kappa值为0.922。结论主观判断子宫动脉舒张期切迹在妊娠期高血压疾病中是可行的。 Objective To explore the reliability of uterine artery early diastolic notch in hypertensive disease in gestational period. Methods Two observers subjectively detected the uterine artery diastolic notch in 66 patients with hypertensive disease in gestational period, then their consistency was compared. Results The Kappa value of consistency of two observers for the detection of uterine artery diastolic notch was 0.92. Conclusion It is feasible to subjectively detect the uterine artery diastolic notch in hypertensive disease in gestational period.
