重视喉咽反流在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中的作用 被引量：9

摘要 20世纪70年代喉咽反流（laryngopharyngeal reflux,LPR）这一概念被提出用以描述胃内容物反流至咽喉部所引起的疾病[1]。以往曾认为LPR是胃食管反流性疾病（gastroesophageal reflux desease,GERD）累及咽喉部的消化道外症状,近10～15年的研究揭示了LPR与GERD在流行病学、发病机制、临床特点上的差异,
