喉咽反流与睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征
摘要
胃食管反流（gastroesophageal reflux,GER）经常发生于睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（sleep apneahypopnea syndrome,SAHS）患者,但是至今两者之间究竟有无因果关系仍待阐明[1,2]。相对于此,喉咽反流（laryngopharyngeal reflux,LPR）与SAHS之间关系的系统性研究明显落后于前者,仅起步于最近几年。
