喉咽反流的诊断和治疗现状 被引量：3

摘要 1概述喉咽反流（laryngopharyngeal reflux,LPR）定义为胃内容物反流至食管上括约肌（upper esophageal sphincter,UES）以上的咽喉部而造成的局部组织的损害。1968年Delahunty与Cherry将喉咽反流性疾病（laryngopharyngeareflux disease,LPRD）这一概念提出用以描述胃内容物反流至咽喉部所引起的疾病。近年来,越来越多的学者将LPRD作为咽喉疾病中一组较特殊的疾病给予关注及命名,
