联合阻抗-pH技术在喉咽反流中的作用
摘要
1喉咽反流喉咽反流（laryngopharyngeal reflux,LPR）是指胃内容物反流至食管上括约肌（upper esophageal sphincter,UES）以上的咽喉部,与上呼吸道的黏膜组织相接触,并由此引发一系列咽喉部的症状,包括经常清嗓、慢性咳嗽、咽喉异物感、咽痛、声音嘶哑及发音疲劳等。
