摘要 慢性鼻及鼻窦炎（chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS）是耳鼻咽喉科最常见的慢性疾病之一,据统计在北美大约有超过3000万人患有该病。虽然我国没有确切的流行病学资料,但临床上鼻及鼻窦炎（rhinosinusitis,RS）患者却很常见,RS患者不仅有鼻部局部症状,对全身的影响也非常大,
