强力增智灵对血管性痴呆小鼠海马CA1区细胞的影响

摘要 目的观察强力增智灵对血管性痴呆(VD)小鼠CA1区的影响。方法双侧颈总动脉结扎再灌注合并尾端放血法造成小鼠血管性痴呆模型,HE及Nissl染色,观察其病理形态学变化。结果模型组海马CA1区细胞排列紊乱、稀疏,正常的锥体细胞明显减少;强力增智灵组细胞排列较整齐,正常锥体细胞数目增多,且高剂量组与低剂量组相比有明显改善作用。结论强力增智灵可减轻海马锥体细胞的受损程度,改善脑缺血再灌注造成的病理损伤。 Objective To observe the effect of Qianglizengzhiling on vascular dementia(VD)mice model hippocampus CA1 region and detect the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism.Methods Bilateral common carotid arteries ligation/reperfusion combined with tail end depletion method was used to establish VD model.After operation 15 days,the mice were killed and hippocampus histopathologic changes were observed by HE and Nissl stainning.Results Irregular arrangement of cells,rarefaction,obvious reduction of normal pyramidal cells were found in CA1 region of VD model.Increase of normal pyramidal cells,less cell loss and karyopyknosis and karyon darkly stained were found in Qianglizengzhiling high dose group.Regular arrangement of cells and more karyopyknosis and karyon darkly stained were found in low dose Qianglizengzhiling group.Conclusions Qianglizengzhiling can release the extent of hippocampus pyramidal cells injury and improve the injury induced by brain ischemia/reperfusion,and the effect shows dose-dependent relationship.
