摘要 炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel diseases,IBD)的病因和发病机制仍未完全明确。其发病与免疫、遗传、环境、微生物感染等因素均有密切的联系。传统的治疗手段包括水杨酸类制剂、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、抗生素及手术切除等。根据IBD发病机制中的免疫因素,近年来免疫治疗药物试用于IBD的治疗。文中对IBD免疫治疗研究的新进展作一综述。 The etiology and pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is not yet fully clear.Researches over the years revealed that the immune,genetic,environmental,microbiological and other factors are closely involved in the incidence and the pathological process.In this article,the new progress in the immunotherapy of the IBD in recent years is reviewed.
