摘要 前交叉韧带是膝关节稳定的重要结构,各种原因导致的前交叉韧带断裂严重影响膝关节的功能。前交叉韧带重建技术是一项影响疗效的重要因素;骨隧道的定位、移植物的选择及固定方法、前交叉韧带断端的处理等又是影响重建韧带效果的重要因素。文中就前交叉韧带重建技术的进展做相关综述。 Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) is the important structure for the stability of knee joint.All kinds of fracture of the ACL will seriously affect the function of the knee joint.ACL reconstitution technique is an important element to affect the healing effect.The orientation of the bone tunnel,the selection of grafts,the disposal of the method of fixing and the processing of the broken end of ACL are the important elements to affect the reconstruction of ligament.In this paper the reconstitution of ACL will be rebiewed.
