资源型城市经济转型期的全要素生产率研究

Total Factor Productivity of Resource Cities in Economy Transformation Period

运用非参数的曼奎斯特生产率指数方法，分析了我国17个不同类型的资源型城市在1998-2007年间的全要素生产率增长的来源及其差异．实证结果表明，在资源型城市转型的初期，总体的全要素生产率平均增长3．5％，技术进步是全要素生产率增长的主要动力，技术效率则阻碍了其增长，但是对不同城市而言，全要素生产率差别较大且变动原因也各不相同，本文对此进行了分析．并提出了资源型城市全要素生产率提高的政策建议。

This paper applies nonparametric Malmqusit index to measure total factor p＇roductivity of seventeen different kinds of resource cities from 1998 to 2007. The results show that total factor productivity grew at 3.5% annually. Technology progress is the main reason of tot＇,d factor productivity and technology efficiency prevent it from growing. However, the total factor productivity and it reason of different kinds of resource cities are different. This paper analyse the differentia is analyzed, and some Policy suggestions on improving total factor productivity of resource cities are proposed.
