政府信息资源配置评价方法及实证研究

Government Information Resource Allocation Evaluation System and Empirical Research

从政府信息资源的稀缺性出发,探讨对政府信息资源配置效果的评价问题,并提出了政府信息资源配置的评价指标体系和评价方法,以达到可量化比较的最终目的。在理论研究和分析的基础上,通过对具体的政府部门的实地调研,取得相关的数据,运用这一套评价体系和方法对一个具体的政府部门进行了实证分析,得出相应的结论。

Starting from the scarcity of government information resources, this article explored the evaluation problem of the government information resource allocation, then on the basis of analytical study, established a set of evaluation system on it, and selected scientific and reasonable calculation methods to calculate the evaluation indices in order to achieve the ultimate goal of quantifiable comparison. On the basis of theoretical research and analysis, through on-the-spot investigation of specific government departments, the author obtained all the relevant data, and then used this set of evaluation system to conduct the empirical research of a specific government department, and then draw the appropriate conclusions.
