专利三维评价指标体系研究

Research on Patent Three-dimensional Evaluation System

回顾了关于专利评价体系与专利指标的国内外研究概况,构造了基于数量指标、质量指标和价值指标的"专利三维评价指标体系",采用系统分析方法论述了各个维度之间的相关关系,重点采用典型相关分析模型对专利质量与价值之间的相关关系进行了推演。

This thesis reviews domestic and foreign research of patent evaluation system and patent indicators, and establishes a patent three-dimensional evaluation system based on the indicators such as： patent number, technological quality and economic value. Then, this thesis describes the relationship among all dimensions using systems-analysis method, and adopts canonical correlation analysis model to deduce the relationship between quality and value of patent.
