摘要
温度控制精度对精密工业产品的质量有着决定性的影响,而高精度的温度测量是温度控制的前提。设计并实现了基于三线制恒流源驱动Pt1000的高精度温度测量系统,分析了温度测量系统中恒流源、信号调理、A/D转换等功能电路的工作原理和设计依据,给出了电路结构和电路参数。实验结果表明,该温度测量系统性能稳定可靠,测量误差不大于0.01℃。
The accuracy of temperature control has a deeisive influence on the quality of the high-precision industrial products, and the premise of the temperature control is the high-precision temperature measurement. This paper designs and realizes the high-precision temperature measurement system based on PT1000 which is driven by three-wire constant-current source, it analyzes the operation principles and design basis of the functional circuits in this temperature measurement system, whieh consists of constant-current source, signal processing and A/D conversion, it also gives circuit structures and parameters. Experimental results show that this temperature measurement system has stable performances and high reliabilities, its errors is not greater than 0.01℃.
