Study on Ability to Ball of Australian Karara Concentrate

通过对卡拉拉精矿一系列的基础检测,包括各精矿的同化温度、流动性指数、连晶强度、黏结相强度,以及与鞍钢自产精矿的生球的落下强度、成球率、抗压强度和成品球的抗压强度、膨胀率的对比试验,证明卡拉拉精矿的各种性能与鞍钢自产精矿性能接近,所以卡拉拉精矿能够满足鞍钢球团生产的需要。

A series of examination that contains assimilation temperature,liquid phase flowability,cohesion strength,liquid strength of different concentrate＇s was finished to the karara concentrate in this paper.Contrast with the shatter strength,degree of balling,compression strength of the green pellet ball and the crushing strength,expanding rate of the pellet ball that belongs to the Ansteel,karara was proved that the diversified properties of karara are similar to the Ansteel＇s.And the karara concentrate can satisfy the need of the pellet plant.
