摘要
目的观察调脂积冲剂治疗腹型肥胖的临床疗效。方法共收集60例患者,均予调脂积冲剂口服,治疗2个月后,观察临床疗效及治疗后患者体质量、BMI、腰围、人体成分、血脂等指标的变化情况。结果 60例患者经过2个月的治疗,总有效率为93.3%;治疗前后体质量、BMI、腰围差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察期间,共有25例患者完成治疗前后人体成分测定,治疗前后脂肪含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),脂肪百分比、A区、G区、大腿、躯干脂肪比率均明显降低(P<0.05)。35例血脂异常患者治疗前后血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调脂积冲剂治疗腹型肥胖临床疗效良好,可明显降低患者脂肪含量,改善血脂异常。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Tiaozhiji Granule＂ in the treatment of abdominal obesity.Methods Sixty cases were treated by ＂Tiaozhiji Granule＂ for two months,and the body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,body component and blood lipid were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 93.3%;after treatment,the body weight,bady mass index and waist circumference were reduced（P〈0.05）,fat percentage was decreased（P〈0.05）,and blood lipid was improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Tiaozhiji Granule＂ has good results in treating abdominal obesity by reducing blood fat and improving blood lipid.
