摘要
目的:观察聚合牛血红蛋白(PBHb)在缺血再灌注脑损伤中的治疗作用。方法:采用大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,观察缺血前后应用PBHb对脑组织Na+K+ATPase活性的影响。结果:与缺血再灌注组相比,所有白蛋白对照组的Na+K+ATPase活性未显示出明显差异,而所有PBHb组该酶活性下降程度减轻,其中脑复苏PBHb组比脑保护PBHb组效果更明显。结论:PBHb能通过提高Na+K+ATPase活性在脑保护及复苏方面表现出良好作用。
Objective:
To investigate the effects of polymerized Bovine Hemogloin (PBHb) on the activety of
Na+K+ATPase after global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods:Using the rat model of
global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, the effect of PBHb before and after ischemia on the
activity of Na+K+ATPase was evaluated. Results :Compared with ischemic reperfusion group,
the evident difference of activity was not observed in both albumin control groups,but the
reduction of activity was markedly inhibited in both PBHb groups. Moreover,the inhibition was
more significant in cerebral resusciatation PBHb group than protection PBHb group. Conclusion:
The present study demonstrates the protective and resuscitative effects of PBHb against
ischemic neuronal damage by improving the activity of Na+K+ATPase.
