Changes of immunological function in patients with Binswangers disease

目的：探讨Ｂｉｎｓｗａｎｇｅｒ病患者免疫功能的变化。方法：疾病组和对照组各２３例，分别检测外周血和脑脊液体液、细胞免疫系列指标。结果：与对照组比较，疾病组外周血抗心磷脂抗体阳性率明显升高，脑脊液ＩｇＧ指数明显升高。疾病组与对照组间脑脊液淋巴细胞亚群存在显著差异。两组间其它免疫指标无显著差异。结论：Ｂｉｎｓｗａｎｇｅｒ病患者中枢神经系统内可能存在免疫应答异常。

Objective To investigate the changes of immunological function of Binswangers disease. Methods :There were 23 patients with BD and 23 controls.Immunological indexes were measured in peripheral blood and in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Results :When compared with controls,positive rate of blood antiphospholipid antibodies and index of CSFIgG were significantly higher in patients.T lymphocyte phenotypes percentages in CSF showed significant differences between patients and controls.There was no significant difference about other immunological indexes between patients and controls. Conclusion :There is abnormalities about immunological function in central nervous system in patients with Binswangers disease.
