The Process of The Multigene Family of Fatty Acid-binding Proteins(FABPs)

摘要 脂肪酸结合蛋白是一组运输长链脂肪酸的低分子量胞浆蛋白超家族,其各成员均具有组织特异性。各型FABP可作为一些组织特异性损害的敏感性和特异性生化诊断指标。本文对FABP的分布、性质、测定方法及其在高脂血症、急性冠脉综合征、脑梗死等疾病中的应用做一综合概述。 The fatty acid binding protein is a group of low molecular weight cytoplasmic protein super-familywhich can transport long-chain fatty acids,and its members have a tissue specificity.FABP can be used as a the sensitivity and specifiecity of biochemical dlagnostic criteria tor some tissue,sspecific damage.In tnis paper,we will do a comprehensive overview.for the distribution of FABP,nature,determination and its application in hyperlipidemia,acute coronary syndrome,cerebralinfarction,and other diseases.
