Research and Application Summary of Social Governance Theory in Health Care Fields

社会治理是基于对社会管理过程中权力格局分析与判断,在政府、市场、社会与公民基本关系明确定位的前提下倡导的新型公共管理模式,由于其对公众利益和责任表达、解决突出社会矛盾方面具有针对性和优越性,已得到普遍认同和应用。试图通过对国内外社会治理理论进展、内涵归纳及医疗卫生领域社会治理有效路径和实践探索的梳理分析,提出了在医疗卫生领域探讨和开发其社会治理效用和适宜路径的思考建议。

Social governance is the new public administration model advocated on the premise of basic and clear relation orientation of government,market,society and citizens,which is based on the analysis and judgment of power structure in the public administration process.Because of its direction and superiority to the expression of public interest and responsibility and the resolution of acute social contradictions,social governance has been promoted and applied widely.The paper attempts to give a thinking proposal to discuss and develop social governance utility and appropriate approaches in health care through summarizing the progress and connotation of domestic and abroad social governance theory,and the analysis of social governance＇ s effective measures and practical exploration in health care fields.
