摘要
通过介绍和举例,说明美国医疗卫生人员的联邦工资制,分析中国公立医院的绩效工资制,提出提高收入整体水平、更新岗位工资标准、注重薪酬水平和制度的调研和更新3点建议,以期对中国基层医疗机构管理者薪酬制度和人事管理提供有益的建议和启示。
Based on the introduction and illustration of federal wage system,performance salary system of American medical personnel has been illustrated,performance salary system of Chinese public hospital had been analyzed,and three suggestions,which are survey and renew of the level and system of improving the whole salary level,renewing the position salary standard and concerning salary have been pointed out.In this way,the suggestions and enlightment of China grass-root medical institute mangers' salary system and personnel management are respected to be proposed.
