微波辅助提取仙人掌多糖工艺条件及抑菌效果的研究 被引量:14

摘要 采用微波辅助水提法提取仙人掌多糖,通过正交试验对主要工艺参数进行优化,得到最佳工艺参数为固液比1∶20,微波作用时间4 min,微波功率640 W,在此工艺条件下,仙人掌多糖得率为6.902%。研究发现仙人掌多糖提取液对冷鲜猪肉具有保鲜作用,采用滤纸片法进行抑菌试验结果表明,仙人掌多糖提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌具有一定的抑制作用。 Extracting the polysaccharide from the opuntia by the microwave-assisted extraction method,optimizing the main technical parameters by the orthogonal experiment.The best technical parameters were as followed: the proportion of material to liquid is 1∶20,the actuation duration of microwave is 4 min,microwave power is 640 W,under the best extracting conditions,and the recovery of the opuntia polysaccharide is 6.902%.The study found that the extraction solution of opuntia polysaccharide has preserving function on the chilled pig meat.The filter paper sheet bacteriostatic test found that the extraction solution of opuntia polysaccharide has some inhibitory ability to the Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillius subtilis.
