摘要
对广州西二环高速公路石灰、水泥改良膨胀土的改性效果进行研究,采用静压成型方式,进行了无荷及有荷膨胀率试验,得到无荷、有荷膨胀率以及收缩系数与石灰、水泥掺量的关系,并分析了改良土收缩率与含水量的关系。通过分析得到:利用石灰处治膨胀土改性效果较水泥好,且经济性高;石灰改性后收缩系数和膨胀率明显减小;采用5%石灰掺量可以控制胀缩总率,达到处治目的;施工现场考虑各种因素,石灰掺量应增加1%。
In paper, study on road performance of expansive soil modified by lime and cement in Xi'erhuan Expressway of Guangzhou City is carried out. By normal and isostatic compaction, experiments with loading and non-loading are set out. The relation curves of lime and cement volume and expansive rates of loading and non-loading, coefficients of contraction, general rates of expansive are gotten. The relations of modified soil shrinking percentage and water content are analyzed. After modified by lime, coef- ficients of contraction and expansive rates are significantly reduced. General rate of contraction and expansion can be controlled with 5 % lime volume, cure-purpose is gotten. In site, lime volume should increase 1% considering various unfavorable factors.
