摘要
针对我国高速公路安全事故多、运输效率偏低、运营成本高的问题,基于国内高速公路交通安全及交通效率的现状,探究了我国现阶段高速公路在交通运行特点、交通安全状况、交通效率特征下的限速体系。从高速公路线形、车辆、环境、管理和驾驶者等方面分析了影响车速的因素,提出了在高效、快捷、顺畅条件下实施科学的限速体系是保障高速公路安全水平和运输效率的主要措施。
On the basis of current status of traffic safety and transportation efficiency in domestic expressway, the speed-limitation system of expressway is explored by analyzing the traffic running features, the traffic safety environment and transportation efficiency,in order to solve the problems of high aceiental rates,low transportation efficiency and high transportation costs. The safe, efficient and scientific speed- limitation system and the measures for implementation are put forward considering the affective factors from the aspects of expressway alignment, vehicle, environment, management and driver.
