为了建立一体化的客运换乘体系和货运服务体系,实现综合运输,以北京市客货运输发展现状为基础,运用多种预测方法,对北京市未来的公路客货运量的发展趋势进行了分析和预测。根据OD调查结果,通过建立方向性转移概率矩阵,确定了客货运适站量的流向分布,对北京市的公路运输枢纽的布局规划进行了调整和优化,对信息系统的总体结构和网络结构进行了整体设计,并提出了公路运输枢纽建设经营的政策和建议。
