款冬花黄酮抗氧化性能测定 被引量:5

Determination of antioxidation of flavonoids in Tussilago farfara

摘要 目的:用流动注射化学发光法研究中药款冬花黄酮的抗氧化性能。方法:将款冬花黄酮提取液加入3种化学发光体系,测量其发光强度,根据系统化学发光被抑制的程度评价款冬花对活性氧的清除能力,并以维生素C(Vc)为阳性对照。结果:款冬花黄酮对O2-·、·OH、H2O23种自由基有较好的清除作用,且在0.38~47.65mg·L-1范围内清除作用随质量浓度的增加而增加;对3种自由基的清除能力大小:H2O2>O2-·>.OH。结论:中药款冬花可作为潜在的具有抗氧化活性的天然药物。 OBJECTIVE To determine the scavenging ability on ROS free radical of flavonoids in Tussilago farfara by flow injection chemiluminescence. METHODS The determination was based on the inhibition effect of Tussilago farfara extraction in three chemiluminescence system,and vitamin C was used as positive control. RESULTS It was showed that Tussilago farfara original liquid could inhibit and clear the ROS such as O2^- .OH and H2O2 effectively,and the ability was related with the concentration of flavonoids in Tussilago farfara with the concentration range of 0. 38 - 47. 65 mg·L^-1. The scavenging ability of flavonoids in Tussilago farfara, on the ROS was H2O2〉O2^-·〉·OH. CONCLUSION It is suggested that Tussilago farfara is a potential antioxidation activity medicine.
