摘要
构建和谐社会是新时期中国共产党提出的重大战略思想和战略目标,构成了领导干部行为选择的主流价值理念。当前领导干部价值观问题主要表现为价值观结构的服务宗旨扭曲、方向迷失、功能错位等,其原因主要在于没有真正接受马克思主义、部分领导干部素质不高、相关制度不够完善、传统文化弊端等。基于和谐社会构建的视角,重塑领导干部价值观,应该加强党性修养、能力建设、制度建设和文化创新等。
The construction of a harmonious society is the significant strategic idea and target put forward by our Party in the new period,and therefore,it constitutes the mainstream values governing the leading cadres’choice of behavior.At present,the problems with the value system of some leading cadres are largely manifested as the distortion of service tenets,the loss of orientation,and the mismatch of functions,etc.The main cause lies in the facts that some of them haven’t really accepted Marxism,and some are not sufficiently qualified,that some relevant systems and institutions leave much to be desired and that there exist disadvantages in traditional cultural administration.To reshape the moral values for leading cadres from the perspective of constructing a harmonious society,emphasis should be placed on strengthening the Party spirit,consolidating their building capacity,giving impetus to the constructions of systems and innovations of culture,etc.
