基于MCU量化评价中医对项背疼痛亚健康状态的影响

Based on MCU to evaluate the effect of sub-health state of neck and back pain by traditional Chinese medicine

目的通过导引、手法等中医干预手段在项背疼痛亚健康状态应用的临床研究,确立对于亚健康状态有效的中医干预方案。方法将130例符合标准的项背疼痛亚健康状态患者按电脑随机数字表法进行随机分配,分为导引组、手法组,应用国际公认的简视觉模拟量表(VAS卡)测定痛阈;通过美国BTE公司生产的等张颈肌功能评价技术(MCU)系统检测颈椎左侧旋转MCU、右侧旋转MCU、左侧屈MCU、右侧屈MCU、前屈MCU、后伸MCU、左侧屈(力量)MCU、右侧屈(力量)MCU、前屈(力量)MCU、后伸(力量)MCU等项目,以测定患者颈椎活动度及力量。结果 2组治疗后疼痛积分均有改善,2组间比较无显著性差异;2组治疗后MCU指标均改善,其中导引组MCU肌力指标改善情况优于手法组,手法组MCU活动度指标改善情况优于导引组。结论导引、手法等中医干预手段能有效改善项背疼痛亚健康状态,其中导引在增强肌力方面较为突出,手法在增加颈椎活动度方面较好。

Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Daoyin therapy and manipulation therapy in treating for sub-health status of neck pain,and to establish an effective intervention programs of traditional Chinese medicine for sub-health state. Methods 130 patients with sub-health status of neck pain who were in accordance with the criteria were divided into Daoyin therapy group and manipulation therapy group through a computer-generated random numbers table. Then the pain threshold was measured with the internationally recognized simple visual analogue scale table（ VAS card） in both groups. Detecting the left cervical rotation MCU, the right rotation MCU, the left flexor MCU, the right flexor MCU, flexion MCU, after the extension MCU, the left flexor （force） MCU, the right flexor （force） MCU, flexion （force） MCU with MUC System （Equipment） produced by U.S. BTE Corporation, so as to measure cervical activity and muscle strength of each subject. Results After the treatment, the pain scores of the two groups were reduced, but no significant difference was found between both groups. The MCU indicators were improved in the Daoyin therapy group and manipulation therapy group. The muscle strength index of Daoyin therapy group was superior to manipulation therapy group. But the MCU activity index of manipulation therapy group was better than Daoyin therapy group. Conclusion Interventions of traditional Chinese medicine such as Daoyin therapy and manipulation therapy can effective improve the sub-health state of neck pain, furthermore, Daoyin therapy can enhance the cervical muscle strength prominently, while manipulation therapy is able to increase the cervical activity better.
