清热利湿中药对大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增殖的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine by clearing heat and penetrating dampness on proliferation of rat glomerular mesangial cell

目的探讨清热利湿中药利肾口服液防治肾小球疾病的机制。方法常规方法体外培养大鼠肾小球系膜细胞并加入白细胞介素-1(IL-1)及中药利肾口服液,采用3H-TdR掺入法检测系膜细胞增殖情况。结果利肾口服液可显著抑制体外培养的肾小球系膜细胞,并对IL-1刺激肾小球系膜细胞的增殖有显著的抑制作用,并呈一定的量效关系。结论利肾口服液防治肾小球疾病的机制与免疫调节、直接抑制和拮抗IL-1刺激肾小球系膜细胞的增殖等有关。

Objective It is to research the mechanism of Lishen Oral Liquid which can clearing heat and penetrating dampness in preventing and treating for renal glomerulus diseases. Methods The rat glomerular mesangial cells （GMC） were cutured with normal method in vitro and were stimulated by IL - 1 and Lishen Oral Liquid. The proliferation of rat GMC was determined by 3H - TdR incorporation method. Results Li Shen Oral Liquid could inhibit the proliferation of the rat GMC in vitro and prevent IL - 1 stiring abnormal proliferation of GMC. It showed a certain degree of dose-response relationship. Conclusion It is one of the important links of preventing and treating glomerule damage that Lishen Oral Liquid could regulate the immunity and inhibit the proliferation of rat GMC and prevent IL - 1 stiring abnormal proliferation of GMC.
