人工神经网络紫外光谱法同时测定氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的含量 被引量:3

Application of artificial neural network-ultraviolet spectra method for simultaneous determination of chlorzoxazone and acetaminophen

摘要 目的:对紫外吸收光谱重叠的氯唑沙宗(CRXZ)和对乙酰氨基酚(ACAP)进行多组分不经分离的含量测定。方法:根据反向传播(BP)原理并采用遗传算法(GA)优化网络参数,应用三层人工神经网络(ANN),对CRXZ与ACAP混合体系进行含量测定。结果:混合体系中CRXZ和ACAP的平均回收率分别为99.5%和101.0%,RSD分别为1.2%和0.95%。结论:将神经网络应用于药物制剂分析,可得到满意结果,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective:Contents of chlorzoxazone(CRXZ) and ACAP(acetaminophen) in which UV spectrum was overlapped were determined without separating.Methods:The system mixed with CRXZ and ACAP were analyzed by the network which was constructed by the application of the principle of three layers artificial neural network(ANN) and the back propagation(BP)algorithm and optimized by genetic algorithm(GA).Results:Average recoveries of CRXZ and ACAP were 99.5% and 101.0%,and RSD were 1.2% and 0.95%.Conclusion:The results show that pharmaceutical analysis with ANN has been performed satisfactorily,and it is worthy of extending and utilizing.
