无机盐类对远志中皂苷元组分的影响

Research on the senegenin composition in Radix Polygalae with influence of inorganic salts

摘要 目的:参照中药炮制中的盐炙法和拌制法,考察无机盐类对远志皂苷元组分的影响。方法:选择3种无机辅料和7种矿物药,以远志酸和远志皂苷元为指标,采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法,分析远志用无机盐拌制或盐水炒制后,其10%盐酸水解产物的变化。结果:食盐水和芒硝水炒制明显增加了3-glc-远志酸(tR=7.01min)和3-glc-远志皂苷元(tR=10.59min)的含量;铁粉和铜粉拌制显著提高了皂苷元(tR=20.10min)的含量;无机盐拌制或炒制均对远志皂苷元组成有不同程度的影响。结论:无机盐类会影响远志皂苷类成分的转化,该研究为探讨无机盐类炮制机理及微量元素对药物中化学成分的影响积累了资料。 Objective:To study the effects of mixing or frying Radix Polygalae with inorganic salt on the composition and content of senegenin in Polygala tenuifolia.Methods:As senegenic acid and senegenin to reference standard,P.tenuifolia decoction pieces were processed by mixing or frying with different salt or salt sulution,extracted by methanol ultrasonic and hydrolyzed in 10% hydrochloric acid.The chemical structure of 5 main peaks of P.tenuifolia were analized by electrospray mass spectrometry (ESI-MSn),and the contents of 6 senegenin were determined by HPLC.Results:The generation of 3 glucose-senegenic acid and 3-glucose-senegenin can be promoted significantly by frying with salt or glauber's salt solution;The contens of unknown senegenin have been changed in varying degrees by mixing with copper or iron powder.Conclusion:The composition and contents of senegnin in P.tenuifolia have been obviously affected by processing with inorganic salt.The results accumulated material to explore the mechanism of inorganic materials processing and the effect of trace element.
