摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定大叶紫珠中毛蕊花糖苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5%磷酸(18:82)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长332nm,柱温30℃。结果:毛蕊花糖苷进样浓度在12.01~240.2μg.mL-1范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为99.6%,RSD为1.4%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为大叶紫珠的质量控制方法。
Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of verbascoside in Callicarpae Macrophyllae Folium.Methods:The separation was performed at 30 ℃ on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid(18:82).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was 332 nm.Results:The linear range of verbascoside was from 12.01 to 240.2 g·mL-1;The average recovery(n=6) of verbascoside was 99.6%(RSD=1.4%).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used to control the quality of Callicarpae Macrophyllae Folium.
