摘要
目的建立中成药中非法添加吲哚美辛的检测标准。方法采用化学鉴别方法及薄层色谱法,快速检测出抗风湿类中成药中非法添加的吲哚美辛成分,并以HPLC法进一步验证。结果化学鉴别、薄层色谱法专属性强,高效液相色谱法吲哚美辛对照品线性范围79.5~715.5μg.mL-1,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.27%,RSD为1.07%(n=6)。结论本法简便、稳定、重复性及专属性强,耐用性好并且灵敏度高,化学鉴别方法及薄层色谱法还能够在国家配备的快检车上应用。
Objective To establish detection standard of indometacin adding illegally in anti-rheumatic class traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Identification by chemical methods and TLC,rapid detection of anti-rheumatic class traditional Chinese medicine illegally added indometacin and to further verify by the HPLC method. Results The chemical identification and thin-layer chromatography is specific. The linear range of reference substance of indometacin was 79.5~715.5μg.mL^-1,r=0.9999. The average recovery rate was 99.27 %,and RSD was 1.07 %(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple,stable,reproducible,specific,good durability and high sensitivity. The chemical identification methods and TLC can be also equipped with quick inspection cars.
