四川省藏区藏药制剂的现状及监管策略

Exploration on Current Situation and Management Strategy of Tibetan Medical Preparations in Sichuan Province

目的了解四川藏药制剂的现状及存在的主要问题,提出监管及发展思路。方法采用查阅文献及实地调查方法,结合四川藏药制剂品种清理整顿及其注册审评工作,分析四川藏药制剂概况及存在问题。结果基本摸清了四川藏药制剂品种情况、特点及其存在的主要问题。四川藏区11家藏医机构配制约400个品种。主要存在制剂命名不规范,药味来源基源不清,质量可控性差,功能主治过于宽泛及用量过低偏少等问题。结论应在整理藏医药文献的基础上,确定常用经典名方,加大研究经费投入,对经典名方进行示范研究及标准化研究。要加快人才培养,出台相关措施,促进藏药的传承与发展。

Objective To learn the current situation and difficulties of Tibetan medical preparations（TMPs） in Sichuan Province to raise corresponding management and development strategies for TMPs.Methods Basing on the results of registration for TMPs in Sichuan,On-site inspection and literature analysis were applied to investigate the present situation and problems of TMPs.Results About 400 TMPs were distributed in 11 Tibetan medical units in Sichuan,the main dosage form of which was pill or powder.Characteristics and Problems of TMPs were analyzed respectively.The problems were appeared as inapposite denomination,non-clear origin of ingredients,low controllability of quality,grandiose indications,minor dosage and etc.Conclusion Management and development Strategies for TMPs were raised initially,which include： basing on combing the literatures of Tibetan medicine,screen the classical recipes,and enlarge funds to develop the classical recipes selected,accelerate to train the talents for Tibetan medicine,take privilege measures to promote the development of Tibetan medicine as well.
