HPLC法测定复方矮地茶片中岩白菜素含量

Determination of Bergeninum in Compound Japanese Ardisia Herb Tablets by HPLC

目的应用HPLC法测定复方矮地茶片中岩白菜素含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Shi m-pack CLD-ODS C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(20∶80);检测波长为275nm;流速为0.8mL.min-1。结果岩白菜素与样品中其它成分分离好,线性范围为0.09184～0.64288μg(r=0.9999),回收率为98.1%,RSD为0.92%。结论本法简便、准确,重现性好,可用作该制剂的含量测定。

Objective To estalish a HPLC method for determination of bergeninum in Compound Japanese Ardisia Herb Tablets.Methods The Shim-pack CLD-ODS C18 column and the mobile phase of methanol-water（20∶80） was used,the flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1;the wave length was 275nm.Results The impurity in samples did not interfere with the determination of bergeninum.Bergeninum showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.09184～0.64288μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate and RSD was 98.1% and 0.92% respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible which may be used for the quality control of Compound Japanese Ardisia Herb Tablets.
