浅谈高职药学专业能力本位型人才培养模式的构建

目的分析我国药学教育现状。方法从培养目标、课程设置、教学设计、教学环境等几个主要方面探讨高职药学专业能力本位型人才培养模式的构建。结果与结论该模式对提升学生的专业适应能力具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the present situation of medical education in high vocational college.Methods To propose opinions on how to construct ability-oriented cultivation mode from the viewpoints of training objective,course setting,teaching design and teaching circumstance.Results and Conclusion Ability-oriented cultivation mode is vital to upgrade the students＇ ability to adapt to working circumstance.
