医院药学发展的战略性措施

Strategic Measures of Hospital Pharmacy Development

目的提出医院药学发展战略,推动医院药学发展。方法通过分析国内外医院药学的发展近况,提出发展我国医院药学的措施。结果我国医院药学与发达国家在发展观念、模式、实践上存在差距,不能满足群众对药学服务的需求,医院药学需要进行多方面改革。结论发展我国医院药学需要对症下药,健全我国的药事管理制度,以临床药学为依托,注重实践,走技术服务型道路。

Objective To promote development of hospital pharmacy by mentioning hospital pharmacy development strategies.Methods Recent development of hospital pharmacy at home and abroad was analyzed.The major development measures of hospital pharmacy were proposed.Results There was a gap in development of hospital pharmacy between China and the developed countries in concepts,models and practice.Hospital pharmacy can not meet the demand for pharmacy services and it needs various reform.Conclusion Perfect system of drug administration,dependent on clinical pharmacy and practice to take the road of technical services.
