骨关节炎滑膜细胞间粘附分子-1和转化生长因子-β_1表达的研究 被引量:5

Expression of intercellular adhesion molecules1 and transforming growth factor1 in the synovial membranes of patients with osteoarthritis

摘要 目的观察细胞间粘附分子1(ICAM1)和转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)在骨关节炎(OA)患者滑膜中的表达,探讨ICAM1和TGFβ1在OA发病中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,对40例骨关节炎滑膜和18例类风湿关节炎(RA)滑膜中ICAM1和TGFβ1的分布进行观察。结果ICAM1表达于OA滑膜组织巨噬细胞样细胞、滑膜衬里细胞、成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞。RA滑膜组织ICAM1表达部位和OA相似,但阳性程度和分布范围高于OA滑膜。TGFβ1表达于OA滑膜组织巨噬细胞样细胞,滑膜衬里细胞和成纤维细胞。RA滑膜组织TGFβ1染色分布和强度与OA相似。结论ICAM1可能通过免疫机制参与OA滑膜炎症反应;IGFβ1对OA滑膜炎症可能起抑制作用。 Objective The expression of intercellular adhesion molecules1 (ICAM1) and transforming growth factor1 (TGF1) in the synovial membranes of patients with osteoarthritis (OA) were studied,to investigate whether there is a relation among ICAM1,TGF1 and OA. Methods Immunohistochemical analysis was used to determine the distribution of ICAM1 and TGF1 in the synovial membrane tissue from 40 patients with OA and 18 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Results ICAM1 expression was found on macrophagelike cells,lining cells,fibroblast and endothelial cells in some OA and RA.TGF1 expression was found on macrophagelike cells,lining cells,fibroblast and in some OA and RA.The distribution of ICAM1 and TGF1 in RA synovial membrane was similar to that was seen in OA. Conclusion ICAM1 and TGF1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of OA.
