The Pearl River Delta has achieved great economic success since the reform and opening-up began.In the process of industry structural adjustment,it shall make good use of its comparative advantage and second-mover advantage to transform from technology importation and technology imitation to technology innovation by analysing technology dissemination pattern and learning from the surpassing strategy adopted by foreign countries.
