摘要
跨文化整合是我国企业海外并购成功的关键。我国企业当前在跨文化整合中已经积累了一些经验,但因为企业文化海外认同度低,传播力度不够,在整合中还遇到一定的困难。要在海外经营中顺利完成我国企业和被并购企业的跨文化整合,企业文化软实力的作用尤为关键。只有用这种软实力去吸引海外员工和社会各界,引起他们的共鸣,我国企业才能更好地提高不同文化员工的凝聚力和向心力,增进他们的团结。要形成企业文化软实力,减少跨文化整合的障碍,企业首先要建立能被东道国员工和社会所认可与接受的企业文化,还要把我国优秀的企业文化和中华文化精髓传播出去,提高我国企业文化的世界影响力和海外形象。
Cross-cultural integration is the key to the success of Chinese enterprises' overseas merges and acquisitions.Although Chinese enterprises have gathered some experience from previous cross-cultural integration,they encounter some difficulties nevertheless due to the lack of overseas approval of corporate culture,and the lack of culture dissemination.In Chinese overseas operations,cultural soft power is especially crucial in smoothly integrating the culture of Chinese enterprises and that of merged enterprises.Only when overseas employees and local society are attracted by this soft power,can Chinese overseas enterprises strengthen cohesion,centripetal force and unity of their employees from diverse cultures.In order to generate cultural soft power,and reduce cross-cultural integration obstacles,Chinese enterprises must first establish corporate culture which is accepted by host country society and employees,and then spread their outstanding corporate culture and Chinese culture quintessence as well,to strength their corporate culture's influence,and optimize their images.
