摘要
近年,伴随企业制度的建设和落实,越来越多的企业在强化执行力的作用。但是由于企业制度建设的方法滞后,很多企业都存在执行力不高的状况,盲目的企业执行力提高培训课程往往也不能奏效,反而浪费了企业的资源。企业执行力不高的原因主要在于其制度和执行力文化建设方面存在不足。
In recent years,as the enterprise system development,more and more enterprises pay more attention to the role of executive power.However,because of the delay of the method for enterprise system construction,the execution of many enterprises are not high.The blind business training courses for improving execution often do not work,but waste the resources instead.The main reasons for low executive power are flawed system and its cultural construction deficiencies.
