摘要
针对包钢低硅烧结矿强度差这一弊端,进行烧结杯试验探索混合料碱度、水含量、配碳量等工艺参数对包钢烧结矿转鼓强度、烧结速度、烧成率、组成和结构的影响。研究结果表明,当碱度为2.5、配碳量为3.8%(质量分数,余同)、水含量为8.4%、MgO含量为1.6%时能使SiO2含量为4.0%的烧结矿达到较高强度,并能满足高炉冶炼要求。
In order to increase the strength of low silica sinter, the influence of basicity, water content and carbon content on mineral composition, microstructure and tumbler strength , vertical sintering speed , sinter product ratio of Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Co. sinter was studied using sinter pot. The results show that, when basicity content is 2.5, carbon content is 3.8%, water content is 8.4% and MgO content is 1.6%, the strength of sinter, whose SiO2 content is 4.0 percent, satisfies the demand in blast furnace.
