Investigation on diet and nutrition of undergraduates in Central South University

摘要 目的为了解中南大学在校大学生饮食营养与健康状况,及时发现膳食结构中存在的问题,同时帮助在校大学生了解营养知识并养成良好的饮食习惯。方法随机抽取322名在校大学生进行问卷调查,并将调查结果整理统计,与其他相关资料进行比较分析。结果中南大学在校大学生几乎所有同学的膳食纤维摄入量不足,约90%的同学维生素A摄入严重不足,其他的营养摄入情况也不乐观。结论建议在校大学生注意多食用蔬菜、水果以及粗粮,以补充膳食纤维和维生素A的摄入量。 Objective To understand the diet, nutrition and health condition in students of Central South University, and find out problems so as to help thern develop a good eating habit. Methods A total of 322 students were selected randomly and investigated with questionnaire, and the data were analyzed statistically and compared with other relevant data. Results The fiber intake was not enough in almost all the students, and vitamin A intake was of serious shortage in approximate 90% of the students, and the other nutritional intake was not optimistic. Conclusions The students should pay more attention to increasing the consumption of vegetables, fruits and grains to supply fiber and vitamin A.
